Charles (Chuck) C. Bird, Ph.D., RN, Dip. ABS
Dr. Bird is a Registered Nurse, Board Certified Clinical Sexologist and Relationship and Sexuality Coach.  Dr. Bird received his Doctorate from The American Academy of Clinical Sexologists, Masters Degree from Maimonides University, Registered Nurse Degree from St. Pete College and his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. His coach training is from The Institute for Life Coach Training. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Bird is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sexology and a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).  
Dr. Bird currently provides relationship and sex coaching to individuals in the Tampa Bay area.  In addition, he works with his wife providing coaching services for couples. For more information on their work with couples, please check out their website, www.TheLoveBirds4u.com.   He has a wonderful ability to motivate couples, look at the whole picture, and help them discover strategies and solutions that are tailored to their relationship concerns.

Rafael Fuentes, M.S. (I.M.H. #5865)

Mr. Fuentes is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, and being supervised by Dr. Richard Spana (Lic. # PY 5105). He has been working in the field for over seven years. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in philosophy in Clinical Sexology at The American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. He completed his Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Puerto Rico. He is currently pursuing his certification in clinical sexology and clinical hypnosis. He has completed the basic, intermediate and advanced training in clinical hypnosis. He is a current member and the chair for Public Relations at Suncoast Mental Health Counselors Association and a member for Springfield College Community Advisory Board. He provides individual, couple and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults. As a counselor, he helps individuals who are struggling with depression, relationship issues, anxiety, stress, anger, self esteem and many more.

Español:  El Sr. Fuentes está registrado como Consejero de Salud Mental en el estado de la Florida y siendo supervisado hasta obtener completamente su licencia por el Dr. Richard Spana (Lic. # PY 5105). El lleva trabajando en la rama de salud mental por siete años. El se encuentra en estos momentos haciendo un post-grado o doctorado en Sexología Clínica en The American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. El completó sus Maestría en Consejería de Salud Mental en Springfield College y sus estudios sub-graduados en Psicología en la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Río Piedras. El también se encuentra en estos momentos trabajando en su certificación en hipnosis clínica y ya ha completado los cursos a nivel básico, intermedio y avanzado. También se encuentra culminando su certificación en Sexología Clínica. El es actualmente miembro y a cargo de las relaciones públicas para el Suncoast Mental Health Counselors Association y miembro de Springfield College Community Advisory Board. El ofrece servicios de consejería y/o terapia a nivel individual, pareja y/o familia, tanto a niños(as), jóvenes y/o adultos. El Sr. Fuentes trata problemas tales como la depresión, ansiedad, estrés, de pareja, autoestima, enojo, entre otros.

Aleida Hernandez, LMHC (MH# 4338)  

Ms. Hernandez is a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years experience in providing in individual, couples, and family psychotherapy.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida. Ms. Hernandez also has 15 years experience providing in-home family therapy and has worked with clients with severe and persistent mental illness for over 8 years. In addition, she teaches parenting skills and helps parents learn how to handle “ungovernable teenagers”.

“I enjoy working with couples improving their relationships and helping people with depression and anxiety/panic attacks. I work with employee assistance programs (EAP) in teaching people anger management skills as required by their employers. I also provide pet grief counseling.”

Larry T. Legg, II, LCSW (FL SW# 5685)

Mr. Legg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. With over 10 years experience as a clinician, and a graduate of West Virginia University School of Social Work, he is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are assisting individuals and families with such issues as behavioral issues, mood disorders, marital problems, men's issues, abuse/neglect, and adoption.

Mr. Legg is a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist that draws on his real life experiences as a husband and father in addition to his education and training. His treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. He incorporates a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, he works with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
