Rates vary with each of our clinicians. Thus, please ask the rates of your provider when scheduling an appointment.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Many of our clinicians accept insurance. As such, the goal of Attainable Solutions is to participate in the insurance provider networks that have members in the greater Tampa area. While we participate in many insurance networks, we are not providers with all of the insurance companies. If we do not participate in your insurance provider network, it may be possible on a case by case basis to make arrangements to provide the service out-of-network. The following is a partial listing of health networks in which Attainable Solutions participates. Please note that accepted health plans can and do change from time to time. Listing of plans is not a guarantee of acceptance at the time of service. Please discuss any questions concerning insurance during the telephone consultation or initial appointment with your provider. To assist in this process, please bring your insurance card and a photo id to your initial appointment.

Reduced Fees

Many of our clinicians accept reduced fee services. Please check with your provider.

Payment

We do accept cash, check, Visa and Master Card for payment of services.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
