Life and Parent Coaching

Caroline is an affiliate member of the International Coaching Federation. She provides life and parent coaching to individuals and families. As a parent, in addition to her education and training, her knowledge of parenting also comes from true, real life experiences. Caroline knows how to set goals, problem solve and work through the challenges that arise as a parent.

Life coaching is geared toward adults who want to make positive changes in their lives. Coaching helps clients solve problems, design a plan of action, make decisions and achieve goals. Her life and parent coaching is offered by phone or in person. She also provides parent coaching in home. Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes. The cost per session is $125 per session. A sliding scale, based on the client's needs, is available only after the first session, upon request.
